Topics for discussion include:

  1. The transition from high school to college (and the first semester of college);
  2. The transition from college to graduate study;
  3. Recrafting the American undergraduate mathematics major, with a focus on improving the gender ratio;
  4. Disparities in gender ratio among mathematics majors at different institutions in the USA;
  5. Underrepresented groups in math: comparisons and contrasts;
  6. Metrics for evaluating the success of GROW and similar programs;
  7. The uses of social media; creation of a network of ambassadors;
  8. Format for future summit meetings;
