Graduate Student Forums
Every quarter, the Graduate Committee sponsors a forum for graduate students on a topic of general interest. Past forums have been on topics like
- How to survive grad school
- Applying for a grant
- What to look for in an advisor
Two upcoming forums are scheduled. All forums will be held in Lunt 105.
- Ethics and mathematics research, 4pm, November 28, 2006
- How to Give a Talk, 4pm, January 23, 2007
