Research Area: Mathematical Physics - Mathematical Physics. Zaslow studies mathematical aspects of string theory, most recently focusing on mirror symmetry of Calabi-Yau threefolds. This involves enumerative invariants, minimal submanifolds, and the equivalence of D-brane categories.
