Mention in your cover letter if you are a member of a group which is underrepresented in the mathematical community.

Review of applications will commence March 15, and applications would be accepted on a rolling basis until April 15.

Students who attend the conference will receive a stipend of $1000, and support towards their transport expenses and the costs of room and board.
