The 60th Midwest PDE Seminar

Scientific Program: The conference will consist of 45-minute lectures starting at 9:45am on November 17 (Saturday) and ending around 5:00pm, November 18 (Sunday), 2007. The conference will take place in Lunt Hall 105, Department of Mathematics, 2033 Sheridan Road, Evanston (near the corner between Sheridan Road and Foster Street). The conference Coffee&Tea will be available starting at 9:30am in the Common Room on the second floor of Lunt Hall. In conjunction with the 60th Midwest PDE Seminar, there will be three 2007 Yamabe Lectures at Northwestern: The first by Professor Sergiu Klainerman on Friday, November 16; The second and third by Professors Tai-Ping Liu and Luis Caffarelli on Monday, November 19.     Support. We have limited funds to help support the participation of graduate students and postdoctors. We particularly encourage people who belong to currently underrepresented groups (minorities and women) to apply (The funds ran out, and applications are no longer considered!).

    Parking. It is free to park your car in any Northwestern Parking Lot in the weekend.
