Courses in Other Departments

With the prior approval of the Director of Undergraduate Studies in Mathematics, up to three 300-level courses offered by other departments which focus on serious applications of mathematics or have substantial mathematical content may count towards a mathematics major. Similarly, up to two 300-level courses offered by other departments may count towards a mathematics minor.
